Narrative Description of Project:
The goal of the programme is to improve the livelihoods and incomes of rural poor micro and small entrepreneurs and the objective is to increase the number of rural MSEs that generate profit, growth, and employment opportunities in Ghana. As part of assessing the impact of the project, Devtplan Consult was contracted by IFPR1 and the International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) to collect both qualitative and quantitative data. Phase one (1) of the assignment which was to collect qualitative data from all the project stakeholders at the national, district, and community levels have been completed. The first phase which also included a comprehensive listing of non-project beneficiary communities has been completed. The second phase which to collect quantitative data from the project households.
