Devtplan Consult undertakes large scale quantitative and qualitative research employing the most appropriate research design, data collection and analysis tools for both local and international clients in the education, health, environment, and other sectors. Our approach is to employ various data collection tools and methods to produce genuine and accurate results to meet the demands of our clients.

Our survey teams which include subject area specialists, survey managers, field coordinators, field team leaders and field enumerators are well versed in the application of the most advanced quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques whilst using the most appropriate local languages as a medium of collecting information from survey respondents. We also deploy the latest Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) techniques using software such as KoBo Collect, Survey Solutions, Tangerine among others on tablets and smartphones for quantitative data collection. Quality assurance and ensuring the integrity of data collected during our research assignments are key priorities for us as such we have inbuilt systems in our data collection and analysis processes that guarantee data quality and safety.

  • Household Listing and Survey on the Contribution of Motorized Three-Wheeler Truck Transportation to the Development of Rural Economies in Ghana for the International Food Policy Research Institute (2020)
  • Data Collection for Assessing the Gendered Impact of Rural Development (Rural Enterprise Project) for the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPI) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (2020)
  • Data Collection Exercise for the Ghana Strengthening Accountability Mechanism for Care International (2019)
  • Qualitative data collection on gender and youth in agriculture in the Northern and marine fishery regions of Ghana for the USAID (2019)
