We have been involved in providing local governance research and capacity building for various Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), and Civil Society Organizations in Ghana. We pride ourselves in our extensive field presence and provision of local government consultancy services to over eighty Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies across Ghana. DevtPlan Consult has been certified by the Local Government Service Secretariat to provide generic and demand-driven consultancy services to Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies in Ghana. We employ various participatory learning and action methodologies, community animation and facilitation techniques, and adult learning techniques in our delivery.

  • Development of revenue improvement systems and plans.
  • Conduct citizen satisfaction and perception surveys and facilitation of social accountability interfaces.
