Our business development team provides training, research and business advisory services to public and private sector institutions in the areas of sales Management, Market Research, Customer Relationship Management, Feasibility Studies, Business and Strategic planning, Financial Management and book keeping among others. Our approach to training involve the combination of participatory tools such as case studies, role plays, group assignments and presentations, demonstrations and field activities all aimed at enhancing the understanding and maximum participation of trainees.
