The assignment involved the development of Local Economic Development (LED) Plan for the municipality. This included a comprehensive and strategic plan that highlighted the natural and human resources of the municipality. Key to this assignment was the development of Tourism Plan that identified various tourist sites and strategic measures on how best to develop these sites.
